The Instagram Decorating Challenge is something I created to have some fun on Insta. It’s a way that we can engage with each other so that it’s not just me posting content on my page – you help me create the content!

If you’re new here or don’t follow CRD on instagram, this is how it works. I typically announce the day before that the Instagram Decorating Challenge is going to kick off.  I put out a vote on which room you all want to decorate – this time, living room won! I’ll then put out a series of selections for that room – from furniture, to lighting, to decor. You all vote on which item you would choose for that room and after 24 hours, I then take all the winning pieces and design the space in a concept board. I also take all the 2nd favorite items and design a runner up concept board. What’s funny is that the runner up is always like the best!

I always love the designs that you create and seeing which pieces end up winning. My goal is to do these monthly so stick around for the room we’ll decorate in November!

Below are each of the concept boards from this months challenge. I included links below those to all items in case you want to shop them for your own home.

Which room should we do next?!
